WATER WASTE MANAGEMENT
Water is the precious gift of nature to mankind. We take utmost care to use it efficiently and reuse it wherever possible.
Water treatment Plant
- In-house water treatment plant with a capacity of treating 210Kl waste water.
- Reuse 40% of the recycled water.
- Rest of treated water is released into CTP which is further used in irrigation.
- Heavy sludge from water treatment is dried using filter press and used for making road brick.
Chrome recovery Plant
- our own chrome recovery plant with a capacity of 2Kl.
- Reuse of chrome recovered for our production.
AIR POLLUTION MANAGEMENT
The best way to protect air quality is to reduce the emission of pollutants by changing to cleaner fuels and processes.

- We take utmost care to ensure zero carbon emission in environment.
- Boiler which produces heat for the machines emit zero particles and carbon in environment.
- We use proper filter system which settles down all the particles as well carbon before smoke reaches the chimney.
